*Unfortunately due to the high amount of emails that I receive daily, I will not be able to answer every email. However, I have compiled a list of the most FAQ that I get asked about my products on a daily basis, in order to help you with some questions that you may have.*

1) Have these products worked for anyone?

Yes. I usually get testimonials sent to me as personal Thank You’s in my personal inbox, but you can also find testimonials under the reviews tab on each product page as well as in the comments on alopeciafree.com, Youtube videos, and on the Alopecia Free Facebook Page

2) Can your product help my hair to grow with Alopecia Areata?

My Products have successfully helped my hair to grow back from Alopecia Areata. However, what worked for me and others may not work for you. The only way that you can know if any product can work for you would be for you to try it out.

3) Can your product help with Scarring Alopecia?

There has been one person who has messaged me on Facebook and told me that they were diagnosed with scaring alopecia and that my product has helped them. They specifically told me that the products helped their scalp to stop itching and hair started to grow in places where there was previously no hair. So I do believe it is possible.

4) What is the difference between the Alopecia Free Balm and the Alopecia Free Whipped Mixture?

Both of these mixtures are made with the the same ingredients.

The main difference between the two products are the textures of each.

The Scalp Balm is used mainly on your scalp. It is easily applied to your scalp.

The Whipped Mixture is really great to apply to your hair if it is shaved, low or if you have really short hair. It is also great to apply directly to your hair strands.

*Please note that you can use both of my Alopecia Free Mixtures on your hair and scalp, but the textures make the application process much easier depending on which product you use.*

5) How long does it take to receive my product after my order?

Shipping within the U.S. or Canada typically takes 3 to 5 business days on average.

6) Do you ship internationally?

 Yes, I ship world wide internationally. Just select the international shipping option when ordering. Standard International shipping usually takes up to 21 and express international shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.

7) Do I have to use Argan oil with your Alopecia Free Whipped Mixture or Alopecia Free Scalp Balm before applying it onto my scalp?

Yes. Whenever I used my Alopecia Free Whipped Mixture or my Alopecia Free Balm, I did drop 5-8 drops of Argan Oil into the mixture before applying it to my Scalp.

I want to encourage you to follow my regimen as closely as possible in order to gain maximum benefits. I only want to share what has worked for me, in hopes that it may help you in your hair growth journey. So please follow what I did as closely as possible for the best possible results.

8) Do I have to use your products every day?

No, it may not be possible to use my Alopecia Free products everyday, but if you miss a day, just continue at the earliest possible time that you can. The best way to know if these products are working for you, would be for you to be consistent at using them. So I encourage you to be as consistent as you can.
